Athena Software is a privately-owned company based in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, and since 2001, we've been providing Penelope - our simple, smart and connected case management software application as a SaaS solution for health and social services organizations around the world.
Our company was founded by people from social services, psychology, and outcomes evaluation backgrounds, and as a company we are driven to help improve the lives of children, youth and families around the world by helping the agencies that serve them provide better, smarter, and more efficient and effective services.

Our mission is to provide an advanced, comprehensive and easy-to-use software solution to help improve client service delivery processes and outcomes, to reduce administrative burden, and to create operational efficiencies for multi-service agencies, just like yours.
