Athena Software is pleased to announce the addition of WalkMe’s Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) to Penelope, the Waterloo, Ont. tech company’s case management system used by nonprofits and social service organizations worldwide.
WalkMe’s DAP is a navigation and guidance system that will help users navigate Penelope via seamless step-by-step onscreen guidance, smart tips, and helpful pop-ups.

The platform can be configured for each organization that uses Penelope, meaning users are guided through workflows and processes specific to their own agency simply by following interactive tip balloons.
With WalkMe enabled in Penelope, Athena’s customers will save time on training new staff, while also benefiting from increased productivity and the reduced need for re-training staff when new features or modules are released. As well, the platform’s on-screen tips will help improve data quality, a key factor in each organization’s ability to produce accurate and insightful reports.
