Pittsburgh Action Against Rape selects Penelope client management system

Athena Software is honored to announce that Pittsburgh Action Against Rape (PAAR) has selected Penelope as the cloud-based client management system it will now use to track the services provided to victims of sexual abuse and violence.

This eases data retrieval and reporting, while providing a full picture of the client’s service history for authorized staff members to view at any time. Penelope will enable PAAR to track its prevention programming and trainings in a centralized location.

Since implementing the system, PAAR staff have reported noticeable time savings when entering helpline calls using Penelope’s anonymous service feature. As well, staff have seen immediate benefits from using Penelope’s configurable smart documents and intuitive group programs tracking, and the system’s ability to easily track and report on outreach efforts.
