Athena Software Releases Mobile Client Portal for Penelope Case Management Software

Athena Software is pleased to announce the release of ClientConnect, the new mobile client portal designed for use with Penelope, the Waterloo, Ont. tech company’s cloud-based case management software for human services.

ClientConnect is built specifically for mobile devices and will provide potentially millions of people around the world who receive services from organizations using Penelope with a secure and convenient way to access their records and connect with their providers, with the aim of improving client convenience, engagement, and outcomes while also saving time for busy agency staff.

With this new client portal, an agency’s clients can access a secure online account on their phone or tablet and navigate an intuitive interface where they can update their profile information, book and view upcoming appointments, complete tasks and documentation, exchange messages with their provider, or request new services.

For organizations who charge for services, ClientConnect also allows users to view their account balance and pay any outstanding fees online.
