Penelope Technical Requirements

Basically all you need to use Penelope case management software at your human services agency is a desktop computer, laptop, or mobile device and anĀ up-to-date, supported web browser. Supported Operating Systems:

We support all major operating systems that have been updated within the last year.


Supported Browsers:

We support the full use of Penelope on a laptop or desktop computer in the latest stable version of the following browsers:

  • Safari (Mac OSX only)
  • Internet Explorer 11
  • Microsoft Edge (Windows OS only)


Mobile Devices:

Many Penelope features are functional on smartphones and tablets running the latest stable native browser and OS supported by your iPhone or Android device.
