From a train-the-trainer model to individual or group sessions, or on-site visits, our team will put together a program that makes sense for your organization.
Training of all kinds can also be included in the initial implementation of the system as part of the Penelope Excellence Pathways deployment models offered by Athena Software.
Additional training hours can be purchased at any time post-deployment as a professional service offered by Athena. Your options include:
Train the Trainer
This is a popular model, where our deployment specialists will train one or several super-users in your organization who will then train the rest of your team at their own pace. They will also become internal resources to assist with questions and trouble-shooting in the future.
Depending on the size of your organization, it may make the most sense to have everyone involved in the training sessions set-up over multiple online webinars to accommodate people in different locations.
Whatever route you end up taking for training, our team is always available to provide these services on site if you’re able to collect your staff in one location.
Receive comprehensive training from Athena staff remotely with the tele-training model. We use GoTo Meeting so that our trainers not only connect with your staff by phone, but are also able to share screens and even connect with each other by video to make sure you still receive the personal touch!
