  • Annual support packages are a sound investment in maximizing your use of the software. All Penelope ASP Cloud/"We Host It" clients have access to telephone and email technical support and upgrades at no additional charge. This support is available during business hours 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time (GMT -5). Clients who purchase Penelope Client Information Management Software to install on their server receive the first 90 days of technical support and upgrades at no additional charge. After that, they may optionally purchase one of 3 annual support packages - Gold, Silver and Bronze - each of which provide various levels of support and upgrade access
  • Gold Annual Support Package - Full technical support, 4 hours of personalized Teletraining and "auto-install" access to new Penelope Client Information Management Software Releases. With the auto-install option, we'll automatically install updates on your system subject to your "go-ahead" (remote access to your server required). Gold support packages are priced at 20% of the value of your current license agreement. For example, if your total license package is priced at $10,000, then adding Gold Support would cost an additional $2,000 per year.
  • Silver Annual Support Package - 15 technical support credits and access to new Penelope Client Information Management Software Releases. A technical support credit consists of a single support request relating to a specific item/ issue. With this option, you may download and install updates to Penelope at your leisure. Silver support packages are priced at 15% of the value of your current license agreement.
  • Bronze Annual Support Package - Access to new Penelope Releases. Bronze support packages are priced at 10% of the value of your current license agreement.
