Penelope's 150 built-in reports provide the ability to report on detailed or aggregate data for any time period - allowing you to choose to filter the data by a variety of criteria where appropriate. Further, a key advantage of Penelope is its "open back end" (which is an awkward way of saying authorized users can connect directly to the database and mine the data as needed via a free ODBC Windows client driver). You may build and save queries or use our set of built-in database views to construct custom, reusable queries and export this data to the platform of your choice (eg. MS-EXCEL, MS- ACCESS, MS-SQL, CRYSTAL Reports, SPSS etc).
