  • How much does the software cost? Athena Software pricing models are designed for low total cost of ownership. We use a concurrrent user model so that you only pay for what you need. You can have as many named user accounts as you like. You pay for the number of people that you estimate will be logged in at the same time. You can add users any time at a pro-rated cost. Athena offers flexible implementation packages based on your needs. You can purchase an pre-defined package or customize your own. We can help determine the best option for your needs.
  • How quickly can I have the system up and running? If we host the system, we can have you up and running with your own blank database within 24 hours of receiving payment and the license agreement. If you are hosting the system on your own server, we can perform the installtion (for no additional charge) within 24 hours of receiving payment, the license agreement and the information providing remote access to your server (eg. IP address and login credentials for RDP, SSH, gotomypc etc. access). Implementation timelines vary according to the size of the implementation, the change management process (eg. are you reviewing current processes and documentation at the same time, are you converting data to the new system etc.) and on-site resources dedicated to configure and support the system. Implementations can take as little as 2 weeks to as long as 6 months. Athena is ready when you are. We will help you develop a change management plan that fits your needs and resources.
