Rich Text Data Entry

  • Memo fields now allow for complex user rich text formatting - such as bold, colours, bullets, tables, indents, text aligment and other formatting functionality such as found in MS Word.

 

New Pre-Pay Feature

  • You can now add pre-payments with a single click (like the quick pay functionality) and when the appointment is batch invoiced, the pre-paid charges will automatically be applied to the invoices generated.

New Multiple Contact Type Features

  • Revamped client contacts (phone/email) to allow users to add as many as different contact types and contact numbers/ email addresses etc. as needed. Each contact has a flag to denote that this is the contact that should be used and if the contact type has SMS capabilities

 

New User Configurable Functionality

  • New Periodic Alerts Setup for Session Counts and Overdue Invoices can be set to alert multiple users
  • New User Defined Values - Pre-Enrollment List
  • Numerous Scheduling, time increment, date selection, currency use and Security Class refinements
  • Numerous user-configurable filtering and security settings that will enhance and support multi-site and multi-department operations

 

New Billing Features

  • Complete CMS-1500 0805 compatibility
  • New Billing Summaries on Billng tab of Activity
  • You can now set the override rate for specific cart items as part of the Program Provided Wizard
