Workshop Updates

• The entire Workshop Series Section was completely revamped, espcially how Clients can be "Checked in" as attending, the addition of Group notes and how Series are created.

New Quickpay Feature

• You can now invoice and record payment with a single click using our new QuickPay feature - accessible from the Billing Tab on a Case Activity.
  

New Coverage Expiry List Feature

• Intake Management and Administration-Executive staff can now view a summarized, filterable list of Coverages - allowing them to monitor ones that are expiring soon due to various parameters.
  

New Book Icon / Program Provided Search Functionality

• Users can now use the Book function to search for all Programs Members and schedule an Appointment with them with the "New Appointment" link on the left.
• The search page features cumulative search filters including active, assigned clients, program, client name (presenting member), case and PPID. This is the recommended method of searching for clients as the links displayed allow to you to connect to the Case, Program Provided and Individual with a single click.

New "Revert to Booked" Feature

• Users may now change the Status of a Case Activity back to Booked if they make a mistake. Can only be done if the Activity has not been invoiced - we thought you would like this one!
  

New Intake Wizard Customization Feature

• The System Administrator may now completely customize the fields that appear on the Intake Wizard - selecting from a list of fields that appear in the Demographics and User-Defined pages.
• They may also specify which fields will be copied to other Case Members as well as mark the specific field(s) as manadatory (must be entered before saving)
• The System Administrator can further format the input field labels and values to display only a certain length to avoid wrapping issues
• The Intake Wizard itself has also been redesigned to make it cleaner and more efficient to use.
  System Names Setup Page
• A special page has been created for System Administrators to edit the fields/ labels for all of the User-Defined and Demographic values in Penelope
  

Miscellaneous Changes

• Generate Invoice Page changes - Policy Type and Program Filters were added along with columns for case name and program; colums are now sortable by clicking the header
• Case Document Print Out Change - worker created/ last modified time stamps now appear at the bottom of the page
• New Report - Non-Case Series Attendance Report - accesible from the Individual Profile, this report displays all of the individual's participation and attendance for NO-Case Series Activities
• Pre-Enrollment list change - the System Administrator may now add the "referral source" from the Individual Profile to be included as part of the Pre-Enrollment list display
• New Security Class - Allow Activity Level access to Notes for Attending staff
