  • Online Resources - All Penelope clients have 24/ 7 access to a comprehensive and easy to navigate learning centre / support suite containing tutorials, guides, interactive flash demos and tutorials, quicktime movies, solution-finders, news, enhancement details, glossary, downloads, live chat and support ticketing system. Each article may be saved as a short cut, printed or saved as a PDF file, allowing your staff to compile their own focused help materials ("cheat sheets").
  • Deployment Consultation - Our experienced team of deployment specialists are avaiable for consultation to assist you in creating an effective "implementation road-map" and helping to determine the best way to deploy Penelope to meet your specific requirements (additional fees may apply).

  • Online / Teletraining - Using web-based screen sharing technology, we can provide online/ telephone training to your staff wherever you are and practically anytime you like. If you purchase Penelope to install on your server, we include at no additional charge 4 free hours of teletraining. Teletraining with our training specialists is a great way to get answers to your specific questions. One of our specialists will walk you through the program's functions and features based on your needs and questions so that you and your staff are clear on how best to use the system to meet your specific needs.

 

  • On Site Classroom Training - If you prefer to have the training be conducted at your location, we're pleased to provide on-site training (training costs and an additional travel fee may apply). We'll bring a projector, 5 laptops and a wireless network that you can join to create a mobile Penelope classroom, perfect for hands on training of small user groups.
  • Support Options - All Penelope ASP/ "We Host It" clients have access to telephone and email technical support and upgrades at no additional charge. This support is available during business hours 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time (GMT -5). Clients who purchase Penelope to install on their server receive the first 90 days of technical support and upgrades at no additional charge. After that, they may optionally purchase one of 3 annual support packages - Gold, Silver and Bronze - each of which provide various levels of support and upgrade access.   • Other Services - We also provide data migration, backup, network security, interfacing, custom report writing and many other services.
