- You can simply cancel your account and re-sign up for a new flavour - There will be NO disruption to your account and the change will take effect within 48 hours.
What are the workstation requirements?
- You need an internet connection (broadband is recommended) and a browser such as Internet Explorer 6.0 or Firefox (for Windows) and Camino or Firefox (for Mac). Your processor should be at least equivalent to a Pentium II with about 128 megs of RAM (256 recommended)
What if I want to cancel?
- You may cancel effective at the end of any monthly billing cycle.
We provide an online form so that you may cancel your account easily.
Can we have more than one user on Penelope Light?
- Penelope Light is designed for single-user environments. If you would like a multi-user version, you must upgrade to a full version of Penelope On Demand.
Are there additional or hidden fees? (include annual costs)
- No, the only fees you pay are the monthly service fees. You may
optionally purchase tele-training
and support at the rates listed here.
How is my data protected while I am using Penelope Light?
- Whether used locally or remotely, there are a number of security features built into Penelope that ensure that your information is safe, secure and accessible only by authorized parties.
