After that, they may optionally purchase one of 3 annual support packages - Gold, Silver and Bronze - each of which provide various levels of support and upgrade access.
- Silver Annual Support Package
- 15 email and telephone technical support credits. A technical support credit consists of a single support request relating to a specific item/ issue.
- Access to new Penelope Releases. With this option, you may download and install updates to Penelope at your leisure.
- Silver support packages are priced at 15% of the value of your current license agreement.
