We're Hiring! Inside Sales Representatives

  • 2 Full Time Positions Available to start ASAP
  • Salary based on Experience (combination of Base w/ Benefits Package plus Commission)

Established but rapidly growing software company seeking Full Time Sales Associate to independently perform all aspects of inside sales, marketing, demonstrations and renewal services within specific industry verticals for an enterprise web-based case management application widely deployed in behavioural healthcare, mental health and family counselling organizations worldwide.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle within specific vertical markets. Working with a steady funnel of incoming, qualified leads as well as the results of their own marketing initiatives, the successful candidate will contact prospects, perform web-based demonstrations of the application, prepare and submit proposals, perform follow-up activities and manage annual renewal communications.

The successful candidates will be highly motivated, energetic individuals of admirable integrity and outstanding communication skills who will thrive in a small office environment that is casual but focused and outcomes-oriented. They will work with a team of committed, experienced professionals to continue to grow the company to new levels of success and increased market share. The successful candidates will excel in listening to the concerns of prospects to gain a nuanced understanding of their unique requirements. As a result of their thorough knowledge of the application's capabilities and limitations and their engagement with the prospects, the successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the degree of suitability of the application with respect to a wide range of often idiosyncratic requirements.

The candidates will be working alongside an experienced Director of Sales and Marketing and will have some access to a data entry assistant, but they will be largely responsible for maintaining their own records of communications and activities via SalesForce.com and other methods.

Skills/ Experience required:

  • Ability to work effectively independently
  • Exceptional conceptual abilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strict attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Proven time-management, planning and prioritization skills
  • Strong web research and word processing skills
  • Post-secondary education in marketing preferred
  • Extensive experience with inside sales
  • Experience as Software sales representative an asset
  • Experience with non-profit health care industry an asset
