We want to give you and your organization the freedom to deploy Penelope in a manner that best suits your needs. To that end, we offer two different ways to purchase and use the system - either as software installed on your own server, or as a software subscription service hosted by us at one of our secure data centers.

- • You host Penelope" - Server-based Option for your local area network or wide area network

• Want the data in house? Have the resournces to maintain your own server? No problem! We can even help you install and configure the server and backups. We can apply the updates. You buy the application for a one time license fee based on the total number of concurrent users and maintain the hardware. We assist with the database maintenance through a support license or consultation services.

• With this option, if we have remote access to your server, we'll install Penelope at no cost. Your staff will access the system across your local area network via a web browser such as Firefox or Internet Explorer. You may also configure the system to be accessible securely across the web using SSL/ HTTPS. The license is a one time fee that includes 4 free hours of training. Additional training, consultation hours or annual support packages are available as value-added options.

• IT support not available? Are robust data protection, security and accessibility high priorities? No problem! Let us take care of the software while you take care of your clients. You own the data and simply license Penelope from us.

• With this option, you do not need to worry about purchasing or maintaining a server, backups of your data or the security provisions required to keep your data safe, confidential and secure. All you need is an internet connection and you can access your data anywhere, anytime! Why go ASP? The Bottom line! This software as a service approach can save your organization thousands of dollars in up-front hardware and IT services costs (eg. servers, backup devices, firewalls, back-up power supplies, technical assistance etc.). With an all-in-one, "pay-as-you-go" licensing, hosting and support package, your organization can maximize its software and hardware investments and reduce operational costs significantly. Support is included in all subscription packages with training or consultation services available as value-added options.
