Terms of Data Transfer

By clicking the "I agree to these terms" button below, I am confirming that I am in agreement with the following terms of the data transfer:

1) Athena Software will take reasonable care to ensure that access to the transferred data is restricted to authorized personnel only

2) Athena Software is in no way liable for losses or damages sustained or claimed by your organization in relation to any unauthorized access to the transferred data; IN NO EVENT SHALL ATHENA SOFTWARE, ITS AGENTS OR ANYONE ELSE WHO HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN THE CREATION, PRODUCTION OR DELIVERY OF THE SOFTWARE AND/OR DATA TRANSFER PROVIDED PURSUANT TO THIS AGGREEMENT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR YOUR ORGANIZATION OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ORGANIZATION FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF REVENUES OR PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, AND THE LIKE) ARISING OUT OF THE TRANSFER OF THIS DATA EVEN IF ATHENA SOFTWARE OR ITS AGENTS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OR SUCH DAMAGE OR CLAIM, OR IT IS FORESEEABLE.

3) Athena Software will only access the data transferred for the purposes of data conversion, analysis or report construction.

4) Athena Software will permanently remove all copies of the transferred data within 30 days of the completion of the tasks which occasioned the data to be transferred.

5) I am duly authorized to bind the organization / company.
