At any point in time, we have a large number of items that we are working on and so "customization" requests need to be seen in the context of a large number of clients and finite development resources. Given the large number of new clients we have and the many recent requests we have received, we have instituted this new request process as a means of coordinating and systemetizing this flow of information and our response.
