Messages appear directly on a workers' home page in real time (immediately upon being sent).

Social workers / therapists can also set themselves reminders / alerts for future events/ deadlines and are automatically sent messages for example, when assigned to a new case, a client cancels their appointment etc. As an aid in managing client services, reminders can be set to appear automatically after a pre-set number of client sessions or days in service. Bulletin board news items can also be sent to worker-level groups within the agency for defined periods of time.
