Penelope Case Management / Counseling Software Features

Case-related Information - Case-related information is tracked in Penelope Case Management and counseling software in a confidential, access-protected manner. Case information can include household income, family size / status, relationship / status, accommodation information, safety concerns, custom designed case documents (such as service plans and assessments) and file attachments. Intake summary information may include presenting issues, referral data and descriptive information.

Case members can participate in one or more case programs together, separately or as part of a group. Within each service, social workers/ therapists can be assigned, record notes / observations, schedule activities/ appointments, transactions, record session summaries, log appointment status (show, cancel etc) and insert file attachments. Reminder messages may be configured for the involved workers based on number of sessions, days in service, cancellations, new case assignments and service status.
